As Vice President IAB Nacional Direction (2006-2008), has participated in meetings of CBA and, for the presidency of IAB, accompanied the process of PL CAU, in the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, in 2006 and 2008;
As Vice President of IAB Nacional Direction (2006-2008) has promoted discussion table on CAU, in South EREA, Florianopolis and Maringá;
Along with IAB, coordenate the elaboration of the text about CAU, which served to approach the parliament, on the orientation of the IAB Departments and on the CBA basis for the text about CAU;
As President of IAB Nacional Direction, has participated in meetings of CBA for the structuring of the new CAU PL, created by the Civil Office. He followed the process of PL 4413/2008 in the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate;
Along with other Architect International Organizations, brought the support to formation of CAU to Brazil. The International Union of Architects (UIA) (twice), the Pan American Federation of Architects Associations (FPAA) (twice) and the Internacional Council Of Portuguese Language Architects (CIALP);
